Since 1994, ISA has been working with a standard construction, however in 2021, it underwent a serious change in management that introduced new proposals for the best way of working. These adjustments additionally mirrored within the bodily areas, which now should foster encounters between individuals and never simply be a workspace, particularly with the implementation of hybrid work.
The challenge idea stems from ISA’s essence, the human relationship of the work they perform, and the deep reference to the setting. Thus, the setting, along with the tradition of indigenous peoples, was the challenge’s strategy.
The workplace was designed dynamically, creating open and collaborative areas amongst work areas to encourage interplay among the many complete staff. As well as, the created areas search to convey indigenous tradition and nature into the constructed setting, whether or not by way of the usage of pure supplies or handbook merchandise made by indigenous peoples.
